What do you Need?

Sometimes one deep breath can provide us with what we need.  In the course of a full inhalation and deep exhalation, we can come into greater connection with this moment- all the distractions of the world around us pale in intensity and we tune in to ourselves and the deep yearnings of our hearts. In the course of one deep breath, we hold the potential to experience our bodies and minds with greater clarity, peace, joy, and compassion.  Perhaps awareness of one deep breath leads us to more frequent awareness of how we are breathing, how we are living, creating, and receiving just this one moment.
